The necessity to rethink the existing framework arose from the inherent issue of excessive fragmentation in the organization's learning development process. Numerous departments and teams were independently developing learning material, leading to risks, redundancies, inflated costs, prolonged timelines, and strained resources. To enhance collaboration and streamline content creation, a pivot away from this siloed approach was crucial. This change would reduce cost and time inefficiencies, optimize resource utilization, and foster a more cohesive learning development process.

As the visionary behind the development of the company's inaugural intranet, I spearheaded a transformative digital shift and implemented a robust knowledge management solution. This initiative had a significant impact on a staff of 1000+, reducing costs and revolutionizing the way vital information was explored and accessed. The successful implementation of the intranet resulted in substantial time savings for staff members and enhanced operational efficiency.
Recognizing the need for a centralized platform to facilitate seamless communication and information sharing, I conceptualized the development of the intranet. This transformative digital solution allowed for a more efficient and organized flow of information within the organization. By consolidating various resources, documents, and communication channels, we streamlined the process of exploring and accessing vital information, eliminating time-consuming manual searches and reducing information silos.

This project required close collaboration with vendor partners and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) in an iterative and collaborative manner. Through our collective efforts, we successfully implemented Agile principles to mitigate potential corrective action plans against the organization, safeguarding against financial penalties and the loss of plan partners.
Drawing upon the expertise of vendor partners and internal SMEs, we meticulously designed the web-based courses to align with industry best practices using Agile methodologies. Our goal was to continuously tailor and refine the courses to meet the specific needs of our organization, delivering highly relevant and impactful learning experiences for our target audience in short iterations.
