Learner Journey 

Project Description:

In order to foster professional growth and enhance role proficiency within our organization, we strategically developed a Role-Specific Learner Journey that laid out a comprehensive 365-day learning roadmap for each role. At the crux of this initiative was a robust organizational development strategy, leadership management, and focused performance management techniques.

The learning journey was thoughtfully sequenced, beginning with the 'Core 30' – a tailored plan outlining the essential tasks and learning objectives that all learners, according to their roles, needed to accomplish in their first 30 days. This foundation helped to build confidence and early role proficiency, setting a solid base for more complex learning.

Following this initial phase, we introduced more tactical role-based learning, leveraging role-specific nuances to address unique needs and skill gaps. This personalized approach ensured that employees received relevant and practical knowledge, enhancing their job performance.

Subsequently, the focus shifted towards leadership development and performance opportunities, setting clear expectations and providing avenues for growth. This comprehensive learning journey not only exemplified my project management skills, but also demonstrated a strategic approach to role-based education and performance management, significantly contributing to the overall development and success of our team.
