Project Description:

I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive clinical education onboarding program, specifically designed to empower new staff with crucial soft skills and familiarity with essential system operations. The ultimate objective was to equip them to offer high-quality telephonic patient care and accurately document their interactions in accordance with stringent standards. This initiative was particularly focused on fostering compliance with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards, a cornerstone in maintaining our status as a provider of quality healthcare.
 

In my capacity as the project manager for this initiative, I ensured that the program was visually engaging and clear, promoting an easy understanding of complex systems and procedures. The onboarding program incorporated visual aids and interactive elements, making the learning experience more immersive and intuitive, thereby enhancing its effectiveness.

Post-training, the proficiency levels of the staff and their adherence to NCQA standards were measured to assess the return on investment (ROI). The results were impressive and proved the value of this comprehensive clinical education onboarding program. Not only did it raise the bar for our clinical education strategies, but it also significantly improved the quality of patient care and our compliance levels.
