Project Description:

Upon joining the team at 14 West, I was entrusted with the critical task of leading the initiative for digital transformation through the introduction of a new Learning Management System (LMS). After extensive research and drawing on the expert guidance from Gartner, we selected Saba as our preferred platform. The decision was based on Saba's superior social learning capabilities and comprehensive performance management features.

As the project leader, I steered my team through the system design and branding process, utilizing my expertise in digital branding and user interface design. To foster a culture of social learning, we structured workspaces within the LMS, allowing for collaborative learning and knowledge sharing amongst our employees.

We further enhanced our knowledge management process by uploading a variety of courses and assigning them to our learners, ensuring that the content was relevant and aligned with their specific learning needs.

Through efficient project management and innovative leadership, we successfully rolled out Saba, a crucial step in our digital transformation journey, advancing both social learning and performance management within the organization.
