In the strategic pursuit to enhance patient engagement, I spearheaded the development of a web-based learning curriculum specifically tailored for nurses. Recognizing the vital role that nurses play in patient care, it was crucial to align their training with strategies geared towards improving patient engagement and experience.

As the leader of this initiative, I effectively managed a cross-functional team in planning, designing, and deploying this comprehensive online curriculum. From establishing clear objectives to coordinating with key stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines, my project management skills ensured the successful implementation of the program.
